Pork tenderloin is so delicious and easy! We eat it at least a couple of times a month. I'll post specifics the next time I make it, just for you! As for the salsa, it's just a basic pico de gallo with chopped pineapple added. I used frozen tidbits (from Trader Joe's) because I think canned tastes nasty and fresh is a lot more work :)Lunch Bucketshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09672060392111531942noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4852041809460177489.post-50749538658536041722008-04-30T09:41:00.000-07:002008-04-30T09:41:00.000-07:00Ooh... how do you make the tenderloin? I'm kind of lost when it comes to pork; my mom didn't make it much (pork spare ribs sometimes, yeah, and occasionaly "roast pork" the Chinese dish, but pork chops, loins, not so much) so I have no idea how to pick it or really anything with it!! And the salsa? Did you make that too? Come on, share some details :) Thanks, that looks delish!!!Yvo Sinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16079404679872479801noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4852041809460177489.post-10633242324820478942008-04-30T08:12:00.000-07:002008-04-30T08:12:00.000-07:00Can you please start making my lunch?!
