What if you threw a party....

and nobody came?

It saddens me to report that there is no winner for

Haiku that Blog! v1.03.

Because there were no entries.

And that of course means that there will be no Haiku that Blog! v1.04.

And that saddens me.

Because I thought it was kinda fun.

But at least I have a new lunch bag.

  4. I wish I were witty like Beth,
But a haiku has way too much depth.
    Three lines ain't enough
To fit all of this stuff-
But don't let this be version Four's death!

    Shutting up now....

  7. Just realized that the last line is supposed to have five iambs. Oops my bad. Sorry, Mrs.Davis (my first grade teacher who taught us Haiku circa 1976-77).

  8. I beg forgiveness
In a cup? No, in a box
    Please let's try again.

(I have to tell you why I didn't enter, because I think my haikus are stupid and it is really hard writing haiku about other blogs that I perhaps had never heard of before you posted their link...)

  9. I had to Google "haiku" and I couldn't figure it out so I kept silent. Love your blog though!

  10. You've just been tagged! Instructions are posted on my blog. I hope you will play along. I think you should continue to Haiku, too.
