ReplyDeleteSomeone I know swears by the "Taste of Thai" brand for making her pad thai. I've never had it. Aside from that, on the back of an envelope from about 7-8 years ago, I have written down a pad thai recipe from the person who made the best pad thai ever (she lived in Thailand for a little while). I don't remember it at all and it was a bit involved, but it wasn't hard, per se...
