I like to eat brown rice, but I don't like to cook brown rice. So I buy it frozen. In little plastic packets. I like it. Don't be hatin'.
1. brown rice (Trader Joe's) with clever tomato heart accent
2. vegetable shumai (Trader Joe's) and crab shumai with little bottle of sauce
3. tangerine
4. salad made of shredded cabbage, tomato, onion and cilantro (taco night leftovers) dressed with lime juice and sesame oil
