Some folks listen to EF Hutton, for me it's Alton Brown. And no, I haven't come up with a weight based formula to calculate tomato wedge cost. I guess I'm just a little pissy that I'm paying nearly 3 bucks a pound to get a tomato that doesn't suck. Tomatoes are heavy yo.
