Peanut Butter Banana Coconut Balls - Yesssssss!

1. seasoned sushi rice with sesame seeds, wrapped in nori, some with kombucha
2. peanut butter banana coconut balls
3. soy in the pig
4. mandarin orage segments
5. sesame crackers

Peanut Butter Banana Coconut Balls

1/4 c peanut butter
1/4 c powdered milk
1/4 ripe banana
1 T honey
toasted coconut

Mash up the banana with a fork, add in the honey, and then the peanut butter. When conpletely combined add the peanut butter (if your PB is stiff, microwave it for about 10 seconds to soften before stirring it in). Stick it in the fridge for half an hour or so, then form with your hands into balls and roll in toasted coconut. Makes 8 little balls.
