1. ham slices rolled around cream cheese and bell pepper
2. grape tomatoes
3. vanilla yogurt with pomegranate arils
4. honey roasted almonds
5. peanut butter stuffed dates

Yum! I love the protein of this bento! Just a curious question -- what is your level of activity/exercise? I'm trying to get an idea of what your nutritional needs are and how they compare to mind to help me pack more nutritious bento lunches. Thanks!

well beth ... I'd say somewhere between a slug and a old dog. I thought I might lose weight when I started packing lunches - that hasn't really happened though ...
