Confetti Rice Maki Roll

I mixed in some leftover colored rice from this that I mixed in with the sushi rice - made the roll very festive!
1. krab and carrot maki roll
2. tangerine wedges
3. strawberries
4. one tiny pudding cup
5. Rollos!
Freeze leftover rice in a zipbag with all the air squished out. Use within a couple of weeks. I don't think that it tastes as good as fresh but isn't noticable when mixed in with something else.
